Keep in mind that requesting any of the topics listed above will be rejected immediately, and if the commissioner insists, I'll stop interactions after two warnings and blacklist;

Before I start on the commission, confirm that what you provided on the request form is what you want, or if you want to add something else;

If you have an OC, please send visual references and what you deem important for me to know about them as well;

There are four revision stages, those being: finished sketch, final lineart, flat coloring and final rendering;

For each revisionary period, you're able to request changes (which I'll call "tokens") for three times;

You're not able to ask for more than three changes per revisionary period, If you do, you'll have to choose which revisionary period loses one token;

Ex.: If you're on the sketching phase, already used the three tokens for changes and need more, you need to choose from which revisionary period you're going to lose one so you can use it in your current phase;

If changes requested during final lineart period are greater than or equal to 40% of the current work, an additional fee will be charged based on how big is said change;

Once the final lineart has been approved and I start flat coloring, I'll refuse any major changes in the lineart;

To ensure both of us feel safe during the commission, you must pay 100% of the final price upfront;

There's a grace period of two business days for the payment after the moment of agrement on the final price for the commission;

I won't start your commission until I receive the payment, and I'll consider it as forfeiting If I don't receive it within the grace period;

If In two business days after you sent said payment and I don't contact you, you have the right to a full refund, no questions asked;

If you have a deadline and set it on the request form, I'll confirm with you once again through Discord;

There may be a rush fee if your deadline is in two weeks or less;

The final artwork will be delivered through e-mail with no watermarks once it's considered finished;

I will store everything from the commission: screenshots of the request form, WIPs, speedpaints, original file (.csp), a screen recording of the conversation with the agreed price and payment confirmation, and delivery e-mail as a way to have a confirmation that your commission was accepted and finalized;

Rest assured that the only informations that would be shared (if there's ever a need to do so), would be the WIPs, speedpaints and agreed price;

The commissioner's sensitive information will always be censored;

If you send me a message, I'll answer you in five business days AT MAX;

You're welcome to ask for WIPs and updates, but it may take some time for me to answer;

Please do have in mind that I have personal things to do as well, which is a huge factor to how much time It'll take for me to answer you and complete the commission;

If I have to be absent for an extended amount of time for any reason, I'll notify you individually and make a public announcement in my social media;

If you go radio silent for ten business days with no expectance of returning or justification, I'll consider it as forfeitting and I'll stop working on it;

I only receive comms through Vgen;

All communication will be through Discord;

I'll send you the first message to confirm your commission after payment is confirmed;

As the artist, I have the rights to use your commision on my portfolio as samples of my work;

I'll have ownership over the original artwork, being able to use it as I see fit except for merchandising or paid self promotion;

Both the artist and commissioner can't use the artwork for AI training, reselling, relicensing, NFT usage or any new innovations in the field that could be used detrimentally towards artists;

As the commissioner, you can't alter or repurpose the artwork without my consent;

Every artwork made will have my signature on it. Unless it's to be used for merch, I won't remove it;

Make sure to credit me when you use the artwork (Tagging me or sharing any of my social media);

If the commission's for commercial use and, for some reason, you're not able to use it (such as copyright), contact me so we can try to find a solution together;

If you decide that you don't want to finish the comission before we get to the final lineart period, I'll refund part of what was paid depending on my progress on the commission;

After the final lineart period, I'll only refund 50% or less of what was paid depending on how far along I am;

No refunds after the flat coloring period;

If for whatever reason I believe our communication isn't working and will escalate into a fight or drama later on, I'll refund your payment and cancel your commission;
